Safety, Arrival & Campus Access

At Opendoor School, safety is our top priority - from the moment you arrive on campus to the final bell. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and secure process for all students and families.

Arrival & Dismissal Procedures

Morning Drop-Off | 7:45–7:59AM
Afternoon Pick-Up | 2:45–3:00PM

  • Use the car line only — no walk-ups unless you're signing your tardy student in at the front office.

  • K–2 families may walk children to class during the first week only

  • Students must enter and exit from the passenger side only

  • Always use the designated crosswalk — do not walk between vehicles

  • Your car tag must be clearly visible to keep the line moving

  • Please do not drop off your child unless a staff member is present

  • If you're late, walk them into the Front Office to sign in

Car line has changed this year and will be separated by elementary and middle/high school buildings. If you have students in both buildings you will drop off and pick up your older student with your elementary student.
